  USPS tore the box and lost the parts within. Contacted seller and sent pictures, they filed a claim with post office and immediately shipped out a replacement. Replacement part arrived very quickly. They went above and beyond to rectify a situation that was not their fault. Fast shipping, good communication, excellent service. A+ thanks again

  The part came in a fast time delivery. It was extra long and would not fit my mower. The problem was I did not read all the order information. My fault there, so I contacted the seller to file a return back to them. They was very quick to fix the problem, and refunded my money back to me. So I reordered the right part this time. Great job guys and gals.
