    Exactly as described and fast shipping, well packaged, normal price and value, shipping price was great. I already have a Grace G 747 tonearm, and a broken wire connector and headshell connector G727 tonearm (same as G747) but now I have a spare, What really caught my attention was the two Grace (727 & 747) headshells, these are hard to come by. Great seller and great communications. Thanks stereo-exchange.

    I would rate this transaction as one of the best in all of my twenty plus years on eBay. The communication throughout was second to none, shipping was lightning fast and the packaging was excellent. Mike is an absolute credit to eBay and I'm pretty sure I'll be dealing with him again.

    Excellent description of this item. It is brand new and still in the original packaging. Shipping costs were very reasonably and the seller shipped it fast.     Seller went way above and beyond. I ordered wrong stylus and he located the one I actually wanted and shipped it instead at same price, despite my belief it was an upgrade!
