  Shipping was delayed, but I received a wonderful message and explanation from the seller! The Item was packaged to ensure there was no damage during shipping. The backpack is for my granddaughter and it was better than described! The pricing was wonderful. This backpack was extremely hard to locate in June/July, but even with the demand it was priced within my budget with this seller! Wonderful experience, i would buy again from this seller!
