  Great seller and speedy shipping too. Items were as described; however, could have been wrapped/packaged much more securely (only one thin layer of bubble wrap around each mug). Consequently, one mug arrived with the handle broken off; however, the seller was quick to refund the cost of one mug.

  This was a very positive experience! The shipping was lightening fast and my purchase arrived much quicker than expected.   So happy with this listing. They are gorgeous. Beautiful pieces as described and desperately needed for daughter’s wedding. Let them all eat cake on these desert forks! Great value. Arrived in safe packaging and shipping was fair. Started with 28 place seetings and daughter wanted to use for wedding. Thanks to the efforts of all you wonderful ebay sellers, we’re up to around 46 place setting. Guest list keeps growing, so I might be back! Will be gift to daughter after wedding. Thank you so much!

  Outstanding service! Communication with the seller was quick and very effective. I was very surprised because the item was almost brand new, not even a scratch on the equalizer. The packaging of the equalizer was very professional, there was no way the unit could have been damaged during the delivery. The delivery was very fast, almost at the speed of light.
