    This fantastic store was unable to mail these yummy Toistie Pops to me. It was because of my location. They told me right away and were so kind about it. I was able to cancel my order and get a total refund. We are so lucky to have great stores like this one. I am so happy with the way they cared for me. So yes, everything was right on time.
