    I ordered a few bracelets from this seller and one was defective as a clasp was missing. It was a gift so I missed the date! I explained to the seller and they have not replied to any of my messages. The communication is terrible as there isn’t any response! I’m due a refund as I’ve sent the item back and yet I’ve still not been refunded. I’ve given this seller several opportunities to rectify their mistake and nothing! Avoid if you want quality products or professional service.

    Lovely bracelet but unfortunately it broke after a few times wearing it, I contacted seller and he is going to send me a replacement out, good customer service from seller so hopefully he will replace bracelet as I really like it.
