    Items received were as described in the listing and photos. Overall condition was even better than expected! James responded promptly—and honestly—to my questions and then sent me a very fair offer which I did not expect but greatly appreciated. Packaging was thoughtful and excellent. Special shipping care was requested so that these heavy pliers did not bang one another during delivery so James made sure to pack each one separately in bubble wrap. I’m VERY pleased with this purchase and seller.

    This was better than I had expected...sure pics were good, description was good, but what quality! A real trustworthy seller! Packaged like a champ, much appreciated!
