  Ordered 4 drives to my NAS, but some of them had surface issues. The seller recognized that and offered to send replacements immediately. The new drives work perfectly without any surface or performance issues. I'd recommend this seller and don't forget to test thoroughly what you receive.

  I initially ordered two drives, which arrived within the expected delivery window well-packaged in bubble wrap; however one of them was dead on arrival. I reached out and explained my situation, and they sent me a replacement drive which worked properly (albeit with a mismatched serial number label). I am very satisfied with my experience, and I would strongly recommend this seller for their fantastic communication, quick shipping time, and willingness to make things right with the customer.
