  Seller couldn't ship the products, it is understandable but he does not want to cancel the order he is asking me to ask for a cancellation, I already told him just to do the refund and he insist I have to ask for the cancellation I also told him I will give him this negative feedback, this is not fair if he can't fulfill the order.
