  Package came packed well, and was as described. Great camera for the value! Shipping would have been on time I'm sure but unfortunately the usps in Indiana decided they wanted to hold the package for 4 to 5 days so it was very late. Just a heads up to anyone trying to buy this camera to transfer photos to maybe an android phone. Samsung discontinued their service with the Samsung smart camera app back in May of 2022 so you need a 3rd party app. One that I have yet to find.

  Don’t buy from this seller, lied about package being sent out. I messaged seller a few times with no response. I get a email as soon as the post office has any package to be delivered to my address. Thats how i know the package was never shipped. Im a long time ebayer and this is by far the worst experience

  We shipped your package out and on time we are know for very fast shipping. once its in usps hands its out of our control. maybe its running late or got lost which is not impossible. we also sent you a complete refund and even offered another pair. we will take this as a learning experience moving forward as we keep providing great customer service. thanks for doing business with us!!
