    As usual, Evri delivered the package to the wrong address but my neighbour brought it round to me. If Evri had knocked my front door they'd have found that I was in and ready to accept the parcel from them. No matter, I have good neighbours....None of this was the seller's fault, of course. Item was on time, as described and in the safest, most thorough packaging I've ever seen! Thank you.

    Quick despatch but there was a shortage in delivery, only two cans were sent and due to a crushed carton one of those was damaged. Advised the seller who was keen to correct the errors which has been done. Communications were good throughout. Despite this I would buy from them again when appropriate.

    This arrived within days of purchasing. I was informed about the logistics by the seller and courier. My parcel was dry, intact, free from any damage, and well packaged. I've used this with at least 8 plants and non-rooted cuttings & it's of excellent quality and value as all have thrived greatly in width & height too. I've noticed that it seems to be light, & have excellent drainage and aeration properties so will buy again & recommend this seller. Its 10/10 from me. Thanks 😊
