  I realize some smaller sellers are not experts on Ebay's policies, but the listing said it would be sent priority mail. The seller sent it through a cheaper method. Then, they said, it's free shipping. That's not quite right. Shipping is just included in the price. Then, it was the wrong item. The listing said 4.5x3.0 mm plug tip but it was the older larger Dell 7.4 mm plug tip. Things happen. I still have no charger.
