    Great seller, fast shipping and item as described. In a factory sealed box with a document showing it was factory refurbished. Great price for it considering how much a new one is. Plus I had an issue with my payment method being incorrect and the seller was quick to work with me to solve the issue. MSI like new quality at a deal price.

As for the price of the unit I think it's a real bargain. like I mentioned earlier everything was packaged like brand new, shipped in a factory box with factory packing just like brand new. great communication skills.     This vendor is MSI, and the product is as described. Fair shipping. Excellent communication. While it was vendor refurbished, it is like new, just not in the retail packaging. WONDERFUL!

    Refurbished monitor came in exactly as described. Great value with the 2 year all state warranty. Like new condition other than the box was a bit dinged up which could have happened during shipping, either way it had no effect on the appearance or function. Shipping was through fedex who delivered a bit late but was no fault of seller.

    Monitor arrived as described. Box had a couple of nicks but the product arrived in like new condition. Amazing value for a 4k Oled. Came with updated firmware that allows for future updates using DisplayPort, demonstrating quality control. Monitor appearance is like new. Would buy with confidence. Seller is excellent at communicating and was very patient with issues I had with making the order correctly. Made me a lifelong MSI fan for future products.
