All items shipped are the EXACT ones depicted and described on my site. My site includes quality and high grade United States stamps and specializing in late 1800's and early 1900's. There is also a selection of Canadian issues and several misc world issues. All items are carefully packaged and shipped. Collecting with passion since 1966. The seller advised that some water damage had occurred, he also noted the damaged items had been replaced (and I’ve no reason to doubt it), had it not been for internal packaging, these items would have been completely worthless. Pictures show condition of items rec’d; envelope was open on one end.
