  The team at Sssence sold me a drone listed as new and when it came it was sealed in the box everything was still wrapped in plastic and again appeared as new when I went to turn on an activate the drone. It had definitely been removed from the box and somebody had turned it on activated it and bound it to an account I was not able to use the drone at this point. The team of the seller operated in good faith and assisted me with what I needed to get item released. Thanks
