    Refunded as wrong item was sent, I’ve given positive feedback but TBH, they take a very long time and to answer your questions, the wrong item was sent and they didn’t seem to be interested

    Toothbrush heads arrived on time and as advertised, unfortunately another item went missing during delivery. Seller was very helpful and chased courier , package unaccounted for so seller gave a full refund - great customer service.

    The kettle box was very battered but I was advised that this may be the case. When I took the kettle out of the box, I could see that it was new and never used. I have now used the kettle several times and it works really well, although a tad noisy which I can live with. All in all I am very happy, the description was clear and the item was as described. It arrived on time having been very well wrapped in protective packaging, I am a happy customer.

    Great product at a very good price, unfortunately, the postage communication was shambolic, eBay emails me with a delivery date, but a later date is displayed on the Yodel website when I tracked the parcel. The item is great, but the delivery time was unacceptable.

    Didn't actually receive the correct item, but when I contacted them I was given full refund the next day and they said I could keep the item that was sent by mistake hence the positive feedback , thankyou for prompt service

    Good value. Arrived as stated. The 4 brush heads were individually pacakged (as stated in description details) only. They were not packaged in the retail (Oral B iO Ultimate Clean x4) packaging as shown in ad.
