The seller had excellent communication and was quick and efficient in resolving my issue by providing a full refund and also kindly sending me a replacement item which is very generous. A great seller to deal with and understanding of my circumstances and the unfortunate issue of the faulty item. 5* for all but the item description. I would give 6* for communication if that were available.
