  Perfect experience! Seller was very responsive when I had concearns and went out of their way to help me operate it when I said it wasn't working (user error). Everything was exacty as listed it came brand new without the box. I checked it closely and it came without one scratch on it so it's new. I forgot to take pictures of when it came and my dogs wearing it now so best picture I have are these after the fact. Works great I give A++++++++++++++++++++! Thank you for putting up with me!

  There was a problem with the original listing, but the seller immediately contacted me rather than cancel the sale. He then went out of his way to locate a replacement, and when he could not he went out of his way to locate an item that I said I could not find on the West Coast. He sourced two M2 miniature toy car models I had been looking for. They were of equal dollar value to the original item. He made my day! Great seller, thank you!

  Item exactly as described, in like-new condition. When there was an issue with the battery on arrival (that was not the sellers fault), they were responsive and helped me replace the defective part so that the collar would work exactly as advertised. I would absolutely buy from them again.
