  One of my favorite purchases ever! Great price. Good communication from seller. Fast shipping. Well packaged. Item (Echo Dot 2nd Gen) was in perfect (like new) condition. I was able to set it up quite easily. I absolutely love it! I would definitely buy from this seller in the future.

  Paid a high price for what was advertised as a quality piece. Item showed up broken and pieces in the bottom of the box. Unfortunately, after requesting to return the item, the seller responded, “would you like a partial credit?” before I could respond, the seller closed the request, and now I've overpaid for a broken item. I would be happy to ship the piece back, and receive a refund minus sellers shipping cost to me, and the seller could resell. I can't display this broken piece.
