  Guess I'm a little fussy. A branded/engraved item to me is not "new." Can't be or all of them would be branded or engraved. So. . . knew it was branded on the cap going in, wasn't why it was bought anyway. Seller was so good, making sure I knew it, so wouldn't be surprised or disappointed when it got here. The packing was great & shipped so quickly. Almost couldn't believe it arrived so soon. Sellers that work like this work hard to keep their buyers happy, like me :) 5☆ & Saved in my book!
