  The seller communicated well, was helpful and was able to issue a refund when there was an uncontrollable problem with the delivery. Sadly i didn't get the package, but i was refunded and am very positive in the sellers responses and updates. I do recommend them, and will be looking for future purchases with them.

  We received the wrong product, and shipping took a bit longer than expected, but that's normal for international mail. The package was well secured and did not shift in transit. Due to the item being wrong, it was not as described. Value was decent, but I asked for a return and refund due to the wrong item. Seller was accommodating on this.

  The best customer service that I have ever recieved! I honest can not speak highly enough of SprueHub! I had so many questions and they were more than happy to answer every single one and made me feel so welcome. They were very clear about shipping and it arrived after 3 business days.
