  Seller shipped the wrong size but quickly reshipped the correct item. Would definitely purchase from this seller again. Very trustworthy. Good communications.

  Seller sent the wrong item to start. When I notified the seller of the mistake. I was told to apply for a refund; seller would then send me a return shipping label. I would then need to mail the wrong item back to seller. At this point I would be able to get the correct item shipped??. Never had I ever had to go through such a process for the wrong item being sent. I refused to comply with the request and when ahead and modified the original item sent to make it work. Use another vender!

  The spring plates were exactly what was needed to repair my patio rocking chairs. Size was as described and are of comparable quality to the original manufacturer's installed spring plates. Shipping was quick and appropriately packaged.

  Appeared to be direct replacement for what i had but these were the hardest things to install i have ever worked with. Not the sellers fault of course but still frustrating. Seller was quick with shipment, item as described! would buy again if i had too
