  The seller shipped the item fast and had great communication. The item was described as being new with slight outer box damage. This was accurate, and I could see that the item was in fact unused because it still had it's original seals unbroken. Fantastic seller!

  I purchased a product described as new, it actually was very very used. Seller immediately apologized, made good on the item, apologized again for the listing being wrong. They made no excuses, they sent return shipping labels the same day. The honesty in admitting a mistake and a rapid response to their honest error is rare these days. I will be shopping with them again.

  Great Seller! Quick shipping! Unfortunately, the package was damaged in transit by the post office. I emailed the seller, they responded quickly & sent my reimbursement. Easy transaction!

  everything is here, works perfect, just like they said the boxs was a little rough but everything else was brand new, will be using this vendor again if they have anything I'm looking for. they shipped a few days after purchase, usps messed up and it took 3 days longer than the original estimate.

  My package got held up for 4 days in Troutdale Oregon for some reason so I didn't get package by date I was supposed to but seller kept in contact whole time. Unfortunately it was on FedEx for not getting package on time so this was not sellers fault. He did everything he was supposed to.
