  Yo I the item I ordered very fast considering being shipped from California. Vendor was very helpful and experienced the condition of the light and sent me instructions when they was able to find them. I plugged them in and the Grow Lights are working. Awesome

  The speed of shipping was fine, although it was shipped in the factory packaging. The item was used but in like-new condition. The problem I had was that there were cockroaches in the box alive! One escaped, and there were a couple others in the box. I have never, in all my years, received an item with bugs.
