    Seller listed as open box . There was one small tear in the outer box as for the spa it was perfect and the inner box was never opened. This was a brand new spa!!! The price was great the shipping was fast . I asked a few questions before purchasing and the seller responded extremely quickly. The appearance is brand new with zero damage. Great seller!!!!

    First & foremost, this item looks brand new, & surpasses the "Used" description in the listing. This alone was a very pleasant surprise! The item was packaged & shipped in the original manufacturer's packaging, arrived in perfect condition, & was shipped lightning fast! This is a professional quality product which looks great & at the price the eBay seller sold it to me represented an outstanding value! My pre-purchase communications with the seller were prompt & professional! GREAT eBay SELLER!

    The description of the item was misleading, “opened box, like new”. It came with scratches and bread crumbs in the box. Immediately after opening it, I initiated a return. The return was smooth with no hassles whatsoever. The seller had excellent communication throughout the process. Other than the scratches, I loved the toaster and quickly ordered a different one, brand new. I would highly recommend this seller because you can purchase knowing they have an easy return policy.

    Totally Not as described. This oven was hit or dropped damaging on the back, also the stone came damaged. I Don t think this happened on transit as box was ok and oven was protected with the carton inserts. Good as the Seller offered me a refund when i commented this to him, but I just don t want to deal with repackaging and returns times and hassle. UPDATE: seller fix my problem

    B+ deal: "Used" generally fair-good condition. Seller quick reply to questions but lengthy, LeaglEase saying they can't verify products or specific pictures of items listed. No instructions were included w/this disassembled box but fortunate arrows/snaps to "intuit". New similar prices $75-$100, so $44 not too bad though some small cracks @this "Used" box. Otherwise, seller gave what they basically listed, no specific description of the item. I'd deal here again hopeful, but cautiously. Thanks
