    Buyer unfortunately doesn't understand what a "deckled edge" means in the art industry. Description is correct, the photos he posted of the deckled edge is exactly shown on listing. He is claiming damage and stating that the print was delivered without protective paper in the tube when both Archival Acid free tissue paper and craft paper backing was used and have photo evidence of the packing process. See all my positive packaging feedback below. He's focused on scamming partial refund. Beware!
