    Quality item. Condition is new. Good value. Will look good on the wall. I contacted the seller because as of yesterday I had not received my item yet. I tried track package and all it would tell me is it was in N.C as of Sunday night? The seller responded quickly with all the updates. I didn't get any of those. Thankfully it all worked out. Thanks.

    The product received was in good condition and as was the quality as posted. Gift recipient seemed very pleased and expressed preference to hang the banner inside her home so it wouldn't get dirty from hanging outside! I was slightly dismayed that the banner was discounted a couple of days after I ordered it though. All in all, great product offered by the seller. I would purchase from her again but would check on future specials first!
