I later found out that they did intend to refund, but it did not go through due to a technical issue and really appreciate the follow up even after the sale was complete. The bag it arrived in was ripped and the product box was very damaged. 2 of the tins inside were heavily dented. All tins still had their seals on, which was the saving grace. I think this product would have been better shipped in a box instead of a bag.
