  I bought a full face snorkeling mask from Sportedge and it turned out to be one of the best experiences I’ve had buying something online. They accidentally sent the wrong size and when I notified them, they couldn’t have been more pleasant and accommodating. They promptly sent out the correct size the next day. They were outstanding with their communication with me, apologizing for the error, keeping me updated, and they probably have the best customer service that I’ve experienced anywhere!

  Appears brand new as advertised, haven't used it yet but it turned on easily and as it's supposed to. This is about the 7th of 8th one of these and it seems great. Won't know till I dive it but not sure how long that will be. Fast shipping, great communication and easy to do business with. Thanks, great seller

  There was an issue with USPS shipping which was not the seller’s fault but the they were very prompt and proactive in making sure we get the support as customers. Even contacted USPS for us. Very professional and really knows what customer service means. We may have received the items late but me and my husband were very pleased with the item and the kind of service we received from the seller. A ++++++!! ❤️

  Dishonest seller the item sent was that of a child size but I miss the size which wasn't in the description when I contacted the seller they wanted me to pay to ship it back .when I refused they reimbursed me only a portion of my money .anyone who is willing to par to have this item can pay to have it.
