  There was an initial hiccup with the order in that I originally received a different item than what I had order (A V15 Detect standard and not the V15 Detect Submarine). The seller was extremely prompt and gracious in responding, quickly shipped off the correct item, and added a return UPS shipping label for me to facilitate return of the wrong items. I am very pleased with the service I received. The V15 Detect Submarine is in great shape and is working better than expected.

  It was a great purchase, the vacuum cleaner is perfect. I was shocked by the amount of dirt he can remove. Very good. The value was great for the product. Everything arrived very well packed. The wand had a problem and the seller promptly sent me another one to replace the other one. I highly recommend the company. They are very attentive.

  The item is in perfect working condition, new in open box exactly as described.
