    While this item was held up by the infamous SnailMail USPS it arrived well packed and as listed. The seller did follow up on delivery delay and all is well. Good seller with excellent communication.

    Package arrived quickly and was nice and safe. I was given 19 cap head like I ordered and one longer button head that I didn’t order so a little mistake but not that big of a deal. Still highly recommend these guys for anything rc. Helidirect is the ish. Pictured is the screw I ordered on the right and the random screw that came in my 20 pack.

    With the mail being as unpredictable as it is, I notified this vendor that I had not received my purchase. They instantly sent another that I receive in just a few days. Eventually the first order arrived and I was able to send it back. Good, responsive vendor. The product was just as expected

    Good seller. My only issue is that both times I've bought from them, I never received a tracking number for my order. This time my package was delayed because of USPS, but I had no way of knowing. When I asked for a tracking number, they never responded.

    Shipping was slow no fault to seller. I was very impatient. Seller was responsive and reassuring. Finally I was refunded for the slow shipping even though it wasn’t shippers fault. Really really good seller. I apologize and kinda feel embarrassed
