  The first order they sent the wrong item. I contacted them and only option was to return it, get a refund, then order again. On second order everything was perfect. Item was in great condition, no blemishes, and the item is working perfect. Good value versus buying new.

  I placed an open box order, thinking it was one thing, but it wasn't. Before it shipped, he checked and reached out to me, saying it was wrong. he offered to give me a refund on the spot. That's some honesty that you dont see anymore.
