  I had a lot of problems with the long time period until I received the auto part tailight. Surprisingly, I reached to the Seller who advised if I didn’t receive the by today they would refund my money. Good customer service. The part is as described new and price was the cheapest I could find. I recommend this seller.

  Lights shipped pretty quick from Pasadena Texas to Cleveland Ohio. I opened the package and was surprised that there was no packaging separating the two light housings from each other. From my experience in shipping computers, I knew this wasn't good. No apparent damage outside, but one of the lights were damaged internally. Seller communicated quickly, and tried to resolve with partial refund, would not send a replacement for broken part. So full refund it is. At least they sent a return label.

  Contacted seller prior to purchase to check if headlights were as pictured. They are not. that was the only real disappointment, the gasketing should be one piece instead it is 3 this was the only listing for this style of lense that did not state moisture in the lenses is normal. I was hoping they would be similar to ones I had purchased in the past. These lenses are junk. The seller was prompt at shipping and return and had no indifference for return, excellent ebayer.   Had a small issue with the shipping information said it was delivered with other items and it wasn’t there. I quickly spoke to someone before jumping to conclusions and they was very helpful, gave me the actual tracking information. I received item today and is exactly as shown in picture very good quality not cheap feeling but amazing price for product. I can’t wait to put all items in my car for Honda Day!!

  Product was okay. Price was good. Packaging was bit poor, lights are loose in the pack, also pack was turned upside down in some steps of transport. Some scratches on lights, and one light was bit damaged inside, package was damaged a bit also. But all good overall. Items as described.

  Good quality, look great. Arrived in bubble wrap and a thick box to avoid damage, so the arrived in great condition which is appreciated. Shipping was super quick, so great value for money! Look forward to installing them, and will update if anything changes. Great seller, highly recommend, that took extra care in the shipping aspect. I had another set of these that unfortunately broke, and fell apart after a few years, hopefully these will not.
