  A+++ seller. This seller keeps track of it's shipments while being shipped! My package got lost in the mail and they apologized and sent a replacement without me having to contact them. I have had items lost in shipment before and it was a real hassle to get the seller to send a replacement.

  Had a bad experience with this seller, I ordered an iPad case for an 11th generation and they sent me a case for an iPad Air, then they took so long to respond that Amazon had already delivered the correct iPad case. Then when i asked the seller for a refund I was told I had to pay to ship the iPad case back after they already acknowledged they sent me the wrong case
