No one was using it then, and stored it away from nearby objects. I refused to contact the seller nor asked for a refund as I had a spare screen, I purchased from the same seller three times and all those devices are in same cond. and working. I didn't want to ruin seller's reputation as they were genuine and open to any questions before purchase. Delivered in 2 days! Would buy from them again!
