  My first purchase and experience with Inverters R US. has been an excellent experience, Victron Phoenix Inverter 24/1200 120V . all the communication was prompt, they sent me a new item and everything checked out good, the packaging and shipping exceeded my expectations which is a huge deal as a purchaser, I highly recommend Inverters R US .   Item listed as New-other: Open Box. Product received was used with obvious installation mark a d even a large dent. Company responded to second email to communicate with a number to call instead of contacting me. Their fix was for me to buy a new one from them that would be “discounted”. When asked f I could just get between $.01 to $10.00 comped back, they just said no. Volume dealer, with no care for the time of the customer. I will not use them again.

  Great product and great seller. I fully plan to purchase through this seller next time I need a controller. I haven't had much luck with solar controllers but this one is working great and was very reasonably priced. They shipped it to me free and in a short time. Can't do any better that that!!!
