  Shipped promptly, nicely packed, I misread the description so I retuned, I assumed that it was a hand embroidered item from Taf in Florence, but this is the stuff they make for tourists that do not know the difference. The seller was great when I returned. So overall positive, will keep looking for hand embroidered items.

  The seller took the utmost care in wrapping, packing & shipping the dinner wear set. I have included pictures of the most excellent packing job. The shipping was prompt and faster than expected. I would definitely recommend this seller, especially if. You are purchasing a fragile item.
