    The item was carefully packaged and looked great but didn’t work. The seller was amazing. He responded to me quickly, offered to refund my money, and didn’t even make me send it back. We both feel the item was damaged in transit. The bulb inside was cracked but had been fine and the unit functional when it was shipped. This seller took the stress out of a disappointing situation. I would buy from him with absolute confidence in the future. Thanks for going above and beyond for me.
