    Terrible shipping experience. It was 16 days before I received the item. The order was processed on 6-9-24 as an auto- paid item. I contacted the seller about the delay and was LIED to twice. Seller stated store was on vacation and will ship item on 6-17-24. There was never any indication the seller was on vacation and shipping was not started by USPS until 6-19-24.

    The store was briefly on vacation mode, but messages were still visible and replied to, which may have caused some confusion. The item was dropped off the same day the store reopened, and USPS handled the rest. Hope this clears up any confusion, and thank you
