    Item was exactly as described. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong item by mistake. Customer service was immediate and effective. They were extremely helpful and sent me the link to the part I actually needed. Refund was dealt with quickly. Really good customer service.

    Although I couldn’t match the part number with the original appliance instruction book, or the size of the filter for my cooker hood, I trusted the photo and general description and wasn’t let down. The filter fits perfectly (I bought 4). So I’m really pleased. They arrived on time and safely packaged. Great service, thank you.
