  I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size Tefal plate. Returned it & got a quick refund. 2nd order unfortunately the wrong item was sent. I kept it as a spare.   No fault of the seller Royal mail told me will deliver on Wednesday but did not it was the Thursday with no email to say not Wednesday. Royal mail let me down again and that's not the first time by far, anyway back to the seller fantastic Thank you A1++++++++++++
