After investigating... the seller sent what I ordered. The problem was I (the buyer) missed in the description what size I was purchasing. So for that it's my fault (the buyer) that I received the wrong part. I'm not going through the process of sending it back I accept a $73 paper weight for my negligence. Once again I give the seller a positive feed back for the part being what I ordered

Fabulous wrap and made-up cardboard container. Fedex clerk was impressed with the attention to detail. Wheel matched my OEM style perfectly. Communication with seller was prompt and courteous. Fedex struggled due to holiday traffic, but seller worked out the problem. Thanks!

Part arrived in the plastic shipping bag with no other packaging &/or labeling. If you look closely at the mounting tabs, it does appear there are markings where product may have been installed previously.
