  This is the 2nd acoustic guitar I have purchased from this seller. I will not hesitate to buy from soul-devour again in the future. There were issues with shipping that delayed it's arrival that had nothing to do with the seller. The instrument is of high quality & was packaged professionally. The seller's communication was stellar. They talked me off the ledge when I thought I would never see this guitar arrive. Thank you again for a very nice guitar. A++++

  A+++ great ebayer, super fast shipping! Item arrived sooner than expected, in excellent condition just as described. I originally was gonna get the satin black snake bite, but the seller informed me that it would be a little longer because of a technical issue, he offered the gloss white one and expedited shipping and I could not be more pleased! I will be purchasing from this seller again in the future!

  After several issues, I must say the communication from this seller was the best I have ever seen. They were on top of my issues and in constant contact until we both agreed to a mutual resolution. I cannot say enough about how good they have been in dealing with my issues. Things happen, but they fix them and fast. I would HIGHLY recommend buying from this seller. I plan to buy again because they have earned my trust.

  The item arrived a little late due to inclement weather, but it was as advertised. It was spot on made the way that it should be made. It came with a plastic nut and saddle bridge instead of bone, but the seller responded and made up for that with a partial refund And that was appreciated very much.
