  Listing was out of date and the seller didn't have the size I ordered. They contacted me quickly and offered either a size up or down but I was trying to replace an exact item that I love. Thankfully, I found an alternative but at the time of my order, I choose their listing over the only other one on Ebay due to a lower price so it was a very frustrating experience to think that I lost out on my only chance to replace it because of their outdated listing.

  I love the lunch box. Shipped out quick, nicely packed, and product was as described. I normally don't leave reviews, though the seller emailed and was so kind. I recommend buying from this seller as they truly want to do their job well. I thank you.
