  This seller is excellent I have purchased hats before and they are beautiful hats and great value - unfortunately this time the hat was damaged in the post as the box was damaged in transit but the seller sorted it out quickly after I returned damaged hat - I will definitely buy from them again as this is the first problem and dealt with quickly 😊

  A lovely hat, great value, and the seller was really helpful in communicating with me about choosing the colour. The box arrived battered & the hat was a little misshapen but the seller advised me on how to reshape it. Am very satisfied.

  superb though i was surprised that it arrived in good condition having been sent in a plastic bag! some couriers love football remember. Anyway, the hat is ace, service is ace, great value for the money though its going to adorn a skeleton i have, well they deserve a little consideration as well! Many thanks i hope you sell many more
