  I originally received the wrong doll but the vendor was a total professional and sent the correct one after I contacted him/her. I was the one with the problem because I went on vacation for a month and was delayed in returning the incorrect doll to the vendor. The vendor was patient and worked with my schedule and I will be more than happy to work with them again!

  Item was shipped promptly and arrived in about a week. When item arrived it was new in the box and in perfect condition, looked great and overall quality was excellent just like listing said. I really appreciate the price of item too. Seller packaged very nicely and communicated well throughout the whole process. I am very happy with my purchase.

  Items were in perfect condition and just as described. The seller was very responsive and communicative throughout the process. However, part of my order was initially sent to the wrong person, which caused a longer delay in receiving the correct items. Despite the mix-up, the seller handled it professionally and made things right. Overall, a good experience with some shipping hiccups.
