  I ordered this in August and it is not coming until October. I have left 3 messages before this was shipped to change shipping address. All messages were ignored. I will not be here in October. Bad customer service. Will need a refund.

  I ordered a pair of New Balance shoes in size 11. When the shoes arrived, the box contained one size 11 shoe and one size 9.5 shoe. I contacted the seller, and they honestly couldn’t have cared less. They had two ads for the exact same style and size of shoes, so it seemed clear BOTH pairs of shoes had been mixed together, so they could have easily sent me my missing size 11. They couldn’t be bothered. No apology, no effort to make it right, just a note saying “Send them back”.
