While the price is slightly higher than what’s offered at Nordstrom, the product itself met expectations. However, I would recommend improving the shipping presentation. The shoe box was taped directly without any outer packaging, which is not standard shipping etiquette and lacks professionalism. Thanks for sent by USPS , they always delivered on time and in good condition, unless the seller didn't care how to pack. It's exactly as you advertised on E bay, nice and comfortable. The pair of shoes in New condition was shipped in its original box without any other packaging. Which pretty much destroyed the box, which I would've otherwise used to store the pair, or for something else (those are nice little boxes). For the price of a new item that's very close to its MSRP, buyers should be able to have the box in new condition, too. Shoes unfortunately didn't fit, so I returned them. Refund was slowish to be issued as well.

They were shipped in just the original shoe box, sealed with clear tape, with no outer protective packaging. I like to keep my shoes stored in their boxes, but this one arrived damaged and unusable. Better packaging would have made this a much better experience.
