    Had a snag with the postage & delivery (I must stress it was not the sellers fault! It was a Royal Mail issue) and the seller was absolutely fantastic in communication and wanting to help resolve the issue. Thankfully, all ended well.     I encountered an issue with the item I purchased through no fault of the seller or myself, the item was damaged in transport. Once I received the item and noticed the damage, I reached out to the seller who was more than helpful and immediately took care of everything and posted me out a new item that day. Cannot recommend this store or seller enough. If only all online shopping experiences were handled like this one. Thank you so much.
