Since, as mentioned above, I had already shortened the wires before testing the unit, assuming this voids any warrenty I only thought about writing this review. However based on my review the seller proactively contacted me (!) offering to send me a new unit free of charge. So now I am enjoying a full functioning balancer for my two 12V batteries. Thanks a million!

Der Kundenservice ist wirklich toll und vertrauensvoll. Selbst bei einer Reklamation wurde während der Kontaktaufnahme immer zeitnah, kompetent und freundlich geantwortet. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer bemüht eine kundenorientierte Lösung zu finden. Vielen Dank auch nochmal an dieser Stelle. Aus meiner Erfahrung heraus kann ich einen Kauf weiter empfehlen.

Die Bluetoothverbindung klappte problemlos und der erste Ladevorgang wurde durchgeführt. Alles ist wie im Angebot beschrieben abgelaufen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt.

Beim Versand wird zunächst einmal nur eine Versandnummer angegeben, jedoch werden bis zu 3 Pakete versendet. Das verunsichert natürlich, gerade bei so hohen Kaufsummen. Aber bei Nachfrage hat die Firma angemessen schnell reagiert und weitere Versandnummern bereitgestellt. Also alle Daumen hoch.
